Delete your Qadam account
Deleting your account removes everything Qadam holds about you on our servers. The fastest way is inside the app. This page is for anyone who no longer has the app.
In the app (immediate)
Open Qadam, then Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Your account, your subscription status, and any move or backup copy are deleted from our servers at once, and the app erases its own data from your phone.
Without the app
- Email privacy@theqadamapp.com from the email address on your Qadam account, with the subject "Delete my account".
- We reply to that address to confirm the request came from you.
- We delete the account within 30 days of your confirmation, usually within a few days, and email you when it is done.
If you no longer have access to the account's email address, say so in your message. We may ask a question only the account holder can answer.
What is deleted
Your email address, hashed password, username, account ID, subscription and trial status, and any encrypted move or backup copy. This is everything Qadam holds about you.
What is not affected
The Qadam app's data on any phone where you are still signed in. Open the app on that phone and delete the account there, or uninstall it. Routine hosting backups are overwritten within 7 days, and technical logs may keep your email address for up to 7 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
